La RECTORA NORMALIZADORA del I.E.S. N° 9-021 “TECNOLÓGICO JUNÍN” , Prof. Abg. Paola Gonzalez Aguaza, en cumplimiento de sus funciones, CONVOCA a los integrantes de la comunidad educativa, en condiciones de integrar los padrones, de cada uno de los claustros que la componen:

-Claustro Docentes: (titulares, titularizables y suplentes vacantes)

-Claustro No Docentes: (titulares)

-Claustro Estudiantes: (regulares)

-Claustro Egresados: (expresaron la voluntad de participar del padrón)

Con el objeto de que, bajo  “ASAMBLEA GENERAL CONSTITUYENTE DE CLAUSTRO”, en el marco del Proyecto de Democratización al IES N° 9-021 “Tecnológico Junín” CGES- DGE., según el siguiente detalle; se erijan las siguientes representatividades, en el contexto de las disposiciones legales vigentes y autorizaciones jurisdiccionales correspondientes:

I-     ÓRGANO COLEGIADO DE GOBIERNO INSTITUCIONAL:

Acto constitutivo para integración de  “CONSEJO DIRECTIVO  NORMALIZADOR” (Decreto N° 530/2018- Gobierno de Mendoza)

Que deberá ser integrado por:

–              Tres (3) Docentes.

–              Dos (2) Estudiantes.

II-    ÓRGANO COLEGIADO PARA EL PROCESO DE DEMOCRATIZACIÓN:

Estimado alumno/a las asambleas se realizarán de forma VIRTUAL para el claustro “estudiantes”, en el caso de NO ESTAR DE ACUERDO y desear participar físicamente deberá informarnos complentando el siguiente formulario que tiene carácter de declaración jurada.

Formulario Claustro Docentes

Estimado/a docente: las asambleas para el claustro “Docentes” se realizarán con presencialidad FÍSICA según el cronograma establecido; sin embargo la Institución pone a su disposición una modalidad de participación con presencialidad VIRTUAL SINCRÓNICA (con asistencia de dispositivo electrónico / voto electrónico).
De esta manera quien desee participar con presencialidad virtual deberá otorgar el consentimiento a la modalidad ofrecida.
Primeramente deberá conectarse a la asamblea en tiempo real dentro del horario establecido contando para ello con dispositivo electrónico con conexión a internet; además de cámara y micrófono encendido.
Segundo, acceder al correo electrónico (como domicilio electrónico constituido) para recibir el token de uso único y con el acceder a la Plataforma Institucional para validar la elección a el o los postulantes propuestos.
